WHO I AM

I am a mystic. In devotion to life and being of service to the connection and mending of all relations.
I am here to recollect the original intelligence of life.
I am here to help clarify vision of who we are and where we are going.
I am here to melt the walls around our hearts, open our voices, and live aligned with our life’s energy and purpose.
I am here to remind and remember the core essence of what it is to be alive.
I invite a “Brave space” to invoke our courageous and intrepid selves with compassion and presence as the guides. Lets be ok bumping into a few challenges along the way.

I am not a therapist. I am not a dispassionate observer. I am not a fixer. I do not diagnose or pathologize any specific disease other than a loss of connection.
Beyond the journal, I am anything but formulaic. We are exploring a vast terrain of you.

I am not a healer nor do I want anyone to come to me for anything because I cannot give you anything that you don’t already have. Hint: its already more than enough.
I am not here to meet your excuses. With compassionate confrontation we will get clear about what is and is not in alignment.
I am not serious, though always sincere.
